Mission Trip to Pike County, kentucky

Who Students and Adults ages 16 and up and children ages 10-15 accompanied by an adult
Date July 3-8, 2022
Pike County, Kentucky
$425 (with a nonrefundable $50 deposit)
Discover Pike County, Kentucky, “Kentucky’s Mountain Treasure,” hidden among the peaks and hollows as you encounter rural poverty and small-town hospitality. Despite the quiet, scenic setting, you’ll quickly learn difficult statistics about Pike County, like how the high school graduation rate is 61% and the unemployment rate (pre-COVID-19) is almost 9%. Kentucky mission trips expose teams to the realities of poverty in rural places like Appalachia and how difficult it can be for families to break free.

Participate in Appalachian missions! Build authentic relationships with locals and bond with your teammates while also meeting practical needs. Help neighbors with home repair projects and work alongside community leaders who are challenging children and youth to dream of a brighter future.

Will you commit to sharing the love of Jesus by connecting with and serving your neighbors on 2022 Appalachia mission trips to small Kentucky communities?

For students, a week at camp is exciting, fun, loud, and sometimes even messy. But those things don’t bring about life-change on their own.

Every moment spent at FUGE is intentional. Camp programming is designed to take students out of their normal routine and place them into an environment that is focused on life-change through relationship with Christ. Find out more at fugecamps.com/why-fuge/
