In the Crossroads Student Ministry for 6th Grade through 12th Grade, we focus on three types of relationships. The first is the student's relationship with God. Through worship and discipleship, we seek to bring students closer to God. The second is student's relationship with each other. God created us to live in unison, which is why he created the church. We seek to fellowship with one another and do ministry work within the church to aid one another. This includes both other students and adults. The third type of relationship is with the world. Jesus' final command on earth was to make disciples and that is done through outreach and through mission work. Each of these is vital to being a follower of Christ and we seek to bring students closer to Him.
The Crossroads Student Service is the place to be on Wednesday nights for students in 6th - 12th Grade. A time of fellowship, games, worship, and the study of Scripture, the Wednesday Night Service is a great time to get away from the pressures of school work, family, sports, clubs, and other things in a student's life and simply spend time with God. We do 3-week and 4-week studies on topics in Scripture under the guidance of our Minister to Students, Rev. Matt Knight. The service is at 6:45 PM on Wednesday nights in the Christian Center.
We also have Sunday School on Sunday mornings at 9:45 AM in the building furthest from the Sanctuary. We have classes for high school students (Room 311), middle school boys (Room 310), and middle school girls (Room 309).
